The purpose of the Washburn County Industrial Development Agency Revolving Loan Fund is to:

  • Introduce and encourage private sector investment into businesses that will expand productivity and create permanent jobs
  • Provide bridge (gap) financing when necessary working with conventional commercial lenders
  • Help new entrpreneurs with start-up businesses, existing businesses, grow and expand businesses in relocating to Washburn County
  • Foster job retention within Washburn County
  • Stabilize and diversify Washburn County's Economic Base

I am Cody A. Person owner & lead designer at Cody's Design Shoppe. My father was a builder and brought me to job-sites from teh time I could carry a hamer (likely to keep me out of trouble). Right out of high school I attended a areer college and obtained an Associate's Desgree in Architechtural Design. I have 16 years of technical and design experinece with 7 of those devoted to Residential Architectural Design & 2.5 yard (and counting) running my own business. I'm passionate about designing homes that people have envisioned for their family. I love to take their ideas, make them buildable, staying within their budget while keeping them as elegant as possible. When I'm not designing homes I like to spend time outdoors and with family mountain biking, hiking, snowboard, hunting, fishing, snowshoeing, etc.
